Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of ostavel.com and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

ostavel.com is operated by MIDTUX LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16932731, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@ostavel.com.

2. Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify payment — we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling. The price shown on the product page is the total you pay — nothing is added at delivery. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

4. Products

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including measurements taken flat on the garment. Screen colours vary between devices, so shades may differ slightly from the photographs. Measurements may vary by up to 2–3 cm between individual pieces.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses in 6–12 working days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Delivery page for full details.

6. Cancellation and returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details, including exclusions and who pays return postage, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email us with photographs and we'll sort it.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses — these terms apply to consumers only.

9. Intellectual property

The Ostavel name, site design, product copy and photography on this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

10. Using this site

Don't use the site fraudulently, don't attempt to interfere with it, and don't scrape or republish its content. We may suspend access if you do.

11. Promotional codes

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained other than from us are not valid.

12. Complaints and disputes

Email support@ostavel.com and we will reply within one working day and aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
