About Ostavel

Ostavel is a British online womenswear shop. We sell dresses, tops, trousers, coats, co-ords, swimwear, accessories and a large collection of shoes, in UK sizes, at prices that leave room to buy more than one thing.

What we're trying to do

Most of what is sold online at this price sits in one of two camps: cheap and badly described, or well described and three times the price. We sit in the middle. Every product page on this site carries the real measurements of the garment, taken flat, in centimetres. If a dress is 128 cm long, we say so. You should not have to guess.

How we work

We design and select our range, then work with manufacturing partners to produce and ship it. That keeps our costs down and means we can move quickly on new styles. It also means delivery takes a little longer than a UK warehouse would — 6 to 12 working days. We quote that honestly rather than promising next day and disappointing you.

What we won't do

We don't invent reviews. If a product has no ratings, it's because nobody has left one yet.
We don't run fake countdown timers or "only 2 left" counters.
We don't inflate a price so we can cross it out. The price you see is the price.
We don't promise delivery dates we can't hold.
