Delivery

We ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Isles.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. The 6–12 working day window is the full journey: we typically pick and dispatch within 1–3 working days, and the carrier leg takes the remainder.

We would rather quote honestly than promise a date we can't hold. If your parcel is running past 12 working days, email us and we will chase it or refund you.

Tracking

You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Split deliveries

Orders with several items sometimes arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra charge to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

Where we ship

We currently sell to the United Kingdom only. All prices shown cover everything you pay, and there is nothing further to pay on delivery — no customs charges, no handling fees.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address before paying. If you spot a mistake, email support@ostavel.com straight away — we can usually correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
